6. HEREBY RELEASE, discharge, and covenant not to sue Tsunami Dragons Dragon Boat Team, their
administrators, directors, agents, officers, volunteers, and employees, other participating race or other organizers,any sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises, on which the Activity takes place, (each
considered one of the Releasees herein) from all liability, claims, demands, losses or damages on my account caused
or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, including negligent
rescue operations; and I further agree that if, despite this release and waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and
indemnity agreement, I, or anyone on my behalf, makes a claim against any of the Releasees, I WILL INDEMNIFY,
SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS each of the Releasees from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss, liability,
damage, or cost which any may incur as a result of such claim. I agree never to bring suit or any legal action against
the releasees with regard to any consequence which may occur as a result of this Activity.

7. ASSUME ALL THE FOREGOING RISK AND HEREBY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY
RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE arising out of or related to the Activity
WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE.

I HAVE READ THE ABOVE WAIVER AND RELEASE, UNDERSTAND THAT I GIVE UP
SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE BY SIGNING IT AND SIGN IT
VOLUNTARILY. By signing this document, I acknowledge that if I am hurt or property is damaged during my
participation in this activity, I may be found by a court of law to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit against
the releasees on the basis of any claim from which I have released them herein. I have had sufficient opportunity to
read this entire document. I have read and understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms. I have signed it freely
and without any inducement or assurance of any nature and I intend it to be a complete and unconditional release
of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law and agree that if any portion of this agreement is held to be
invalid, the balance, notwithstanding, shall continue in full force and effect.
